END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - Talk to LEO

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Appintel Tech LLP ("Company", "we", or "us") regarding your use of the mobile application Talk to LEO ("App"), made available through the Apple App Store.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

1. LICENSE GRANT

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

The App may offer auto-renewable subscription-based access to features. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, payment, and renewal terms as displayed in the App and on the App Store.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality within the App are the exclusive property of Appintel Tech LLP. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. PRIVACY

We do not collect any personal user data through the App. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy [insert link if available].

5. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App;

  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes;

  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights while using the App.

6. NO WARRANTY

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's performance, accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appintel Tech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. APPLE DEVICE TERMS

This Agreement is between you and Appintel Tech LLP, not Apple. However, you acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and Apple has the right to enforce it against you.
